We understand that not every family can make the trip to pick up their new puppy in person. At Golden Paws Haven, we offer safe, stress-free delivery options to ensure your Golden Retriever puppy arrives happy, healthy, and ready to bond.

1. Delivery Options

We offer two secure and reliable delivery services based on your location and needs:

🛻 Ground Delivery (Within Regional Range)

Available for customers located within a 300-mile radius of our facility.
Puppies are driven in a climate-controlled vehicle, accompanied by a handler.
Your puppy will have access to clean bedding, water, and comfort breaks as needed.

✈️ Flight Nanny Service (National)

For customers outside our driving range, we offer hand-delivered in-cabin flight service.
A professional flight nanny travels with your puppy inside the aircraft cabin, never in cargo.
Puppies are carried in an airline-approved soft crate with constant supervision, comfort, and care.

2. Safety First

The well-being of your puppy is our top priority throughout the delivery process.

All puppies travel with a health clearance from our licensed veterinarian, dated within 10 days of departure.
Puppies are socialized and crate-trained prior to travel to reduce stress.
We provide each puppy with a comfort kit, which may include:
- A blanket with mom/litter scent
- Chew toy
- Puppy food for the journey
- Health and vaccine records

Our delivery team is trained in basic puppy care and monitoring to ensure your puppy stays calm, hydrated, and safe during transport.

Pricing may vary slightly based on location and time of year.

✈️ Flight Nanny Pricing (Nationwide)

Starts at $200 and varies based on:
- Destination airport
- Airline availability
- Seasonal demand

Delivery Areas Covered:

We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Delivery Day Prep

Here’s what to expect when your puppy arrives — and how you can make the transition smooth and joyful.

✅ Before Arrival:

You’ll receive the exact delivery date and time 3–5 days in advance.
The driver or flight nanny will stay in contact on the day of delivery.

🐶 Upon Arrival:

Your puppy may be slightly sleepy or quiet from the trip — this is normal.
Introduce them gently to their new environment.
Offer a small amount of water and food (provided in the puppy care package).
Schedule your first vet visit within 48 hours, as required by our health guarantee.

📸 Optional:

We love seeing Gotcha Day photos! Share your puppy’s arrival on social media and tag us for a chance to be featured.

5. Legal & Health Requirements

We follow all federal and state guidelines to ensure legal, ethical delivery.

Included with Your Puppy:

Health Certificate from our licensed vet
Vaccination Record (up-to-date shots and deworming)
Microchip Info (if applicable)
Puppy Contract & Guarantee

Buyer Responsibilities:

Schedule a veterinary check-up within 48 hours of arrival (required for health guarantee)
Ensure safe space, crate, food, and puppy supplies are ready
Continue regular vaccinations, socialization, and training
